The challenge in leadership is always to take what you have and to make the most of it rather than obsessing over what you don’t have. Connecting with people will make that happen.
Connecting requires that participants first understand the five key principles of connection and then apply the corresponding five key practices which are to be unfolded in this training. This course explains the concepts of effective communication and the many forms it comes in including verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation and listening so that participants can create sustainable impact through effective communication and captivating presentation.
