Tumelo Masalila is an independent certified coach, teacher and speaker for the John Maxwell Team, graduated 2015 in Orlando, Florida USA. Masalila has served as the Junior Chamber International Board of Directors as the Special Assistant for Sponsorship for Africa and the Middle East for 1 year. Tumelo has served as the President of JCI Botswana in 2014.

He has been a JCI Head Trainer, for JCI official courses for the past 8 years, he has an accreditation as a Trainer with Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA). In his training career, he has also travelled to Japan, Morocco, Malawi, Togo, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Canada, United States of America and Germany to offer facilitation in training as well as to be trained.

Tumelo has a Bachelor of Science Honors in Business Management and a Diploma in Accounting (University of Botswana). He has also graduated from the 2013 JCI Japan Leadership Academy in Fukuyama city, Japan. He is an alumni of Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) with a Certificate in Public Management (UNISA). Masalila is featured on Yarona FM every Sunday on the World Famous Soccer Show empowering the nation on life skills.
