Tumelo Masalila is a Certified Coach & Speaker with the John Maxwell Team (2015) and a JCI Certified National Trainer (since May 2025). He is an accredited trainer with the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) and has delivered leadership, personal development, and empowerment programmes across Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America. With over eight years of experience as a JCI Trainer, Tumelo has facilitated training in Japan, Germany, the USA, Morocco, Malawi, Togo, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa, and Canada.

His work blends practical leadership tools with transformational coaching principles tailored for young professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. Tumelo’s leadership journey in Junior Chamber International (JCI) includes serving as:

• 2015 JCI Special Assistant for Sponsorship (Africa & the Middle East)
• 2014 JCI Botswana National President

He holds a Master’s in Strategic Management University of Derby, BSc (Honours) in Business Management and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Botswana, a Certificate in Public Management from YALI (UNISA), and is a graduate of the 2013 JCI Leadeship Academy held in Fukuyama City, Japan. Beyond the training room, Tumelo is widely known as a weekly contributor on Yarona FM’s World Famous Soccer Show, Life Navigation” where he empowers audiences through practical life-skills insights and personal development guidance.
